The Krait Foundation Career Readiness Program

Provocatus is thrilled to partner with The Krait Foundation, in support of the Career Readiness Program being held in Sydney in November 2024.

The Krait Foundation Career Readiness Program is a niche personal development program, designed specifically for those leaving the unique world of Special Operations.

The week-long program is designed to minimise the effects of transitioning from a life in Special Operations to the civilian sector.

They do this by delivering contemporary content from specialists in their fields, including:

  • workshops

  • keynote speakers

  • business coaches

  • psychometric testing exercises

Aims of the TKF Program

The overarching aim of The Krait Foundation (TKF) week-long intensive, is to immerse our current and former serving folks in the best transition training on the market.

TKF aims to give you the best possible chance at succeeding in your new mission: Stepping out of uniform.

No matter what role one may have played serving in the Australian Special Operations Command (SOCOMD), from Medic to logistics, parachute rigger to Special Operator, The Krait Foundation Career Readiness Program bridges the 'readiness gap' to make your transition experience as seamless as possible.

After two successful cohorts, The Krait Foundation has assisted veterans who are now in managerial positions, run successful companies and a number of entrepreneurial start-ups. Apply today to join the leading transitioning program for SOCOMD veterans in Australia.
