Veteran Access Scheme™ at Pharmacy Connect 2024

Veteran Access Scheme Pharmacy Connect 2024

Provocatus recently took part in the Pharmacy Connect Exhibition at the Hyatt Regency Sydney from 5-7 September 2024.

As a proudly Australian, veteran-owned pharmaceutical company, we were excited to share news and information about our popular Veteran Access Scheme™ at our stand.

It was a great chance for the team to meet with pharmacists and industry leaders, highlighting the Veteran Access Scheme™ support of Australian veterans through high-quality medicines and healthcare.

At our stand, we explained the four pillars of care that make up the Veteran Access Scheme™

These pillars ensure veterans remain at the centre of our health care model, whilst working with healthcare professionals and pharmacists to deliver tailored, informed care.

We met with pharmacists from across Australia, who described the lack of support for pharmacies when working with veteran patients on their healthcare needs

We also had insightful discussions with representatives from The Pharmacy Guild of Australia, where we talked about the challenges they face when working with the current claims process veterans.

These conversations gave us valuable insight into how we can better support pharmacies to deliver the highest quality pharmaceuticals to applicable veteran patients.

Additionally, we had the chance to connect with pharmacists and Guild representatives who have veteran family members.

They stressed how important it is to educate veterans about navigating the public health system, especially for those who may not have had to do so before.

Exhibiting at Pharmacy Connect 2024 allowed us to raise awareness about our goal of providing affordable and effective treatment for ADF veterans across Australia.

We are excited to continue building on the connections we made and to keep promoting the Veteran Access Scheme™, as we continue to partner with pharmacies across Australia

Our priority is ensuring veterans remain at the centre of care, and that their support networks include pharmacies in their local areas.

If you’re a pharmacist who often fills scripts for veteran patients, get in touch.

We can support you in delivering high-quality, Australian made products to veteran patients and their families.
