Provocatus Appoints Melinda Horton to the Advisory Board

With over 30 years of experience across industries such as manufacturing, mining, supply chain, and logistics, Melinda brings a wealth of expertise, making her a valuable addition to Provocatus’ leadership team.

Melinda is a seasoned executive, director, and leadership coach who excels in helping leaders navigate the complexities of today’s rapidly changing business landscape. She holds a Master of Business Administration (Executive) from Sydney Business School, complemented by a diverse background spanning human resources, workforce management, IT, marketing, and commercial services. Her career, which began in learning and development, quickly expanded to include change management and strategic leadership roles, where she oversaw major IT implementations and large-scale transformation projects.

Known for her focus on values-based leadership, Melinda empowers businesses to drive action, foster open communication, and build strong, resilient relationships. Her work ethic, business acumen, and people skills enable her to support leaders in strategic planning, navigating transformation, and developing high-performance teams focused on delivering results. Melinda’s approach is one of collaboration, aligning business outcomes with individual and team growth.

In her role with Provocatus, Melinda will advise on business strategy and partner closely with executives to drive transformational and cultural change within the organisation. Her insights as a change leader will support Provocatus' mission to deliver high-quality healthcare solutions for veterans, tailored to meet the evolving needs of this diverse community. She will play a pivotal role in guiding Provocatus toward a sustainable future that enhances the well-being of veterans across Australia.
